About Entrarium

Entrarium started from a problem I kept running into while building websites for businesses: forms are often treated as a small technical detail, even though they are one of the most important points of interaction between a business and its customers.

I’ve spent more than 10 years building websites and e-commerce projects, working with different CMS platforms and turning business requirements into practical digital products. During that time, I created and maintained countless contact forms, quote requests, order forms and other ways for customers to get in touch.

And I kept seeing the same problems.

Forms that looked out of place on otherwise carefully designed websites. Error messages that were confusing or poorly displayed. Submissions delivered only by email. Leads scattered between website dashboards, inboxes and third-party tools. And sometimes, forms simply stopped working without anyone noticing.

That last problem became especially clear when forms on several client websites stopped sending emails after a hosting infrastructure change. The forms appeared to work, but businesses were quietly losing enquiries for days.

I wanted a better way.

More than a form builder

Entrarium is being built as a place where businesses can create forms, collect submissions and actually work with what happens next.

Instead of treating a submission as an email that disappears into an inbox, Entrarium turns it into an entry that can be reviewed, prioritised, assigned to a team member, commented on and followed through its lifecycle.

The forms themselves are designed to feel like a natural part of the website: lightweight, flexible, accessible and built with proper field types, autofill support, validation and polished success and error states.

Entrarium is also designed to embed directly into websites rather than feeling like a separate application placed inside an iframe.

Know where your leads come from

Attribution has been part of the idea from the beginning.

For many businesses, receiving a lead is only half of the story. They also need to understand where that lead came from, which campaign generated it and whether it eventually became a customer.

Entrarium connects forms, lead management and attribution in one system, so businesses can better understand the journey from an ad or website visit to a real enquiry — and eventually to a won or lost opportunity.

The goal is to make this work with as little manual setup as possible, rather than relying on hidden fields and fragile integrations.

Built from real client work

Entrarium’s first real-world use came from a long-term client running an old proprietary website that needed better attribution.

Instead of trying to force modern tracking and lead management into a legacy PHP application, I used the opportunity to build the system I had wanted for years.

That is still how I think about Entrarium today: not as a product built around a checklist of SaaS features, but around problems I have repeatedly seen in real businesses.

Simple where it should be, flexible where it matters

Entrarium is mainly intended for service businesses and companies selling products or services that require an enquiry, quote or custom order.

It is not meant to become software that tries to do everything.

The goal is a focused platform for the point where someone becomes more than a website visitor: they submit their details, request something from a business, and become an entry worth following.

That idea is also behind the name.

Entry represents the information entering a business — an enquiry, request, lead or internal record. -arium represents the place where those entries live and can be managed.

That became Entrarium.
